Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt project coachings started at Yeşilırmak Electricity Retail Sales Inc. with the participation of Yellow Belts on November 30th, 2021.
In the Lean Six Sigma Define phase coachings, the after training project activities of the Green Belts were reviewed. Scope and problem statements were clarified, project outputs and inputs likely to affect those outputs were defined.
