Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt project coachings at Yeşilırmak Electricity Distribution Inc. started on November 29th 2021 with the participation of Yellow Belts.
In the Define phase coachings, the project activities of the Green Belts after the training were reviewed. Scope and problem definitions were clarified, project outputs and inputs likely to affect them were defined.
