LEAN 6 SIGMA GREEN BELT PROJECT COACHINGS COMPLETED AT YEDAŞ

The 1st Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt wave project coachings, which started in October 2021, at Yeşilırmak Electricity Distribution Inc., were completed on April 20, 2022.

The projects will be completed with the management presentations to be made in June and the monitoring phase will begin. In order for the projects to be successful, they must have proven the sustainability of the improvements carried out for at least 6 months.
