SO WHAT IS THE LEAN 6 SIGMA?
Lean: Lean Management or Lean Manufacturing, is actually a continuous improvement toolbox that includes many efficiency-enhancing improvement tools. People have developed many applications to facilitate and simplify their work for a long time. Although the foundations of the literature were laid with Frank Gilbreth and his wife Lillian Gilbreth in the early 1900s, many Lean tools used today were implemented and developed in Japan in the 1950s. However, new tools are also being developed today. In summary, improvements such as the following can be made in a Lean enterprise;

Lean 6 Sigma: The idea of combining both Lean and 6 Sigma methods emerged in the early 2000s. The aim here is to use the strengths of both Lean and 6 Sigma together. In this way:
- While selecting projects, the strategies of the organization are taken into consideration and the issues that affect them the most are selected by prioritizing them.
- Each project is expected to deliver a certain cost savings and is closely followed throughout the project.
